WJI Buzz - Bryant, Harrison, Kopp, Moon

Samantha Bryant (WJI 05) is an intern at Community Impact Newspapers where she writes articles, takes photos and fact checks for three different editions of the paper in Central Texas.

Kate Harrison (WJI 09) is interning at the Chattanooga Times Free Press as a general assignment reporter. She reports, writes, and shoots video of news events in Chattanooga. See Kate's reporting here.

Colleen Kopp (WJI 09) is a full-time summer intern at The Hartford (CT) Courant, where she is assigned to report, write, photograph, and produce 3-5 stories, photo galleries, and/or other interactive elements each week, for www.courant.com and FOX CT-TV's www.ctnow.com.

Ruth Moon (WJI 08) is a reporting intern covering cops, arts and entertainment, and regional news this summer at the Colorado Springs Gazette, a 90,000 circulation newspaper serving the city and surrounding area. Moon will be traveling to Africa in August to report on the food shortage in Niger, an award from the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting and WJI.
