Frank Lockwood is the Washington D.C. bureau correspondent for the Lexington Herald-Leader. An Oregon native, he is a graduate of Harvard University and the University of Idaho College of Law. He got his start in journalism at the (Pendleton) East Oregonian. Before joining the Herald-Leader, he worked for newspapers in Boise and Twin Falls, Idaho. He also served as communications director to Idaho Gov. Phil Batt and law clerk to Idaho District Judge Daniel Meehl. Frank is married to Aimie Lockwood. They have two children and live in Fairfax County, Va.
