Biography

Les Sillars is Director of Journalism and Assistant Professor of Journalism at Patrick Henry College in Purcellville, Virginia. He is the Mailbag Editor for WORLD magazine and a Contributing Editor for Salvo Magazine. He earned his doctorate in journalism from the University of Texas. He is a former reporter for the Alberta Report. Sillars has been published in The National Post, Reader's Digest, and Calgary Herald. He holds an honors degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and a BA from Briercrest Bible College.

WJI will offer editorial critiques, panel discussions and seminars for young journalists attending CPAC '11 in Washington, D.C., February 10-12, 2011.

WJI Annual Top Grad Conference

October 4th, 2012

This highly selective conference is for 15 WJI alumni graduates only. The conference is an all-expense paid weekend in October in Washington, DC at the Dupont Hotel. A series of seminars and meals is held in conjunction with the Ethics and Public Policy Center in Washington with EPPC Vice President Michael Cromartie acting as conference moderator.
