The institute and WORLD magazine will bring 15 Indian journalists together in December or January for an free, intensive two-week journalism workshop.

The India workshop is the second international journalism workshop put on by the World Journalism Institute. The first workshop will be in Kampala, Uganda on the campus of the African Bible University in January 2012. It will begin on Monday and end Friday, two weeks later. International reporters and editors from WORLD magazine will be the faculty for this unique workshop which will included Christian worldview and hands-on instruction in crafting stories which are compelling and sensational to read. Potential teachers include Mindy and Nat Belz and Jamie Dean. Selected Indian journalists will have their transportation, housing and meals paid for by the institute. |
